Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. This is a high-level Energy-Prayer for affirming Essence, the I Am, You Are. Much in our world leads us to believe in and try to live by a false identity. Partly, our economy operates on convincing us we need what Essence does not need. Greed for materiality will lead us from Essence, from Love, toward manipulation of others to gain more. We strive for what Essence does not need. In this mis-perception, we suffer, and we bring suffering to others; and our relationships break down, or continue adrift from the Vitality and Love of Source.
We need to reaffirm who we truly Are. In doing this, we are empowered to work more wholly in accord with the Universal Life Source. By doing this, we remind others of who they Are, indeed we Are together.
